Our
Maintenance-Free
Plastique
Wood FinishTM
is accomplished in a special blend by
using
basic elements with over 50 years of proven success
in the field along with new technology. Our
proprietary blend of semi-transparent stain, wood
preservatives, and liquefied silicone sealer, along
with our multiple coat and process, makes our finish
virtually weather resistant and surpasses any
known sealing finish for exterior wood on the market
today. To
show our confidence in this finish we back it up with
a 3-year warranty.
****You
must furnish the dated bill of sale as evidence of the
original date of purchase.
You must register by mailing a completed copy
of the registration page.

Limited Warranty:

Settings directly.
This product is warranted to be free from
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of
90 days subject to the conditions set forth in
paragraphs “A” and “B” below. For the duration
of the warranty period commencing from the date of
original purchase from an authorized new product
retailer or from Spa Settings, Spa Settings will at
it’s discretion, either replace the product or a
part of the product at no cost to the owner or, during
the same warranty period, pay an authorized third
party service provider to repair the product.

Warranty:

Settings directly.
This finish is warranted to be free from
required refinishing for a period of 3 years subject
to the conditions set forth in paragraphs “A” and
“B” below.
For
the duration of the warranty period commencing from the
date of original purchase from an authorized new product
retailer or Spa Settings, Spa Settings will, at it’s
discretion, furnish supplies to refinish the product or
a part of the product at no cost to the owner or, during
the same warranty period, pay an authorized third party
service provider to repair the finish on the product.
The
owner of this product shall provide Spa Settings with
evidence to justify a warranty claim. Do not return the
product without authorization in writing from Spa
Settings. Evidence
may consist of but is not limited to a color photograph
mailed to Spa Settings.
Spa Settings shall not be liable for any damage
sustained in transit or incident to shipping. Your dealer is not authorized to handle warranty claims
for this product.
This
warranty is limited to repairs or parts replacement
necessitated by defective workmanship and/or materials
or the failure of the finish to perform according to the
above mentioned warranty and does not include tannin
stains. (See
note next page concerning tannin.)
This warranty is further limited to damage which,
in the opinion of Spa Settings, has not been occasioned
by accident, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or repair,
shipment and handling after it leaves the possession of
Spa Settings, or extreme weather conditions unusual to
the owners geographical area.
